By using Brainy Bunch at noehnoe.com you agree to these terms. They're deliberately short and plain — this is a free games site, not a financial product.

1. The service

Brainy Bunch provides free browser-based mini-games. It's offered as-is, for personal enjoyment. We may add, change or remove games and features at any time, and we may adjust game balance — including coin rewards, difficulty and unlock requirements — as the games are tuned.

2. Who can use it

Anyone may play as a guest. If you create an account and you are under the age of majority where you live, please do so with a parent or guardian's knowledge. We ask for no personal information beyond a username and password, and we never request an email address, real name, age or location.

3. Your account

• You're responsible for keeping your password confidential.
• We cannot reset a forgotten password. Because we don't collect email addresses, there is no recovery channel. Setting the optional security phrase adds protection but not recovery.
• Choose a username that isn't offensive, doesn't impersonate someone else, and isn't your own real name or contact details — it's shown publicly on the leaderboard.
• We may suspend or remove accounts that abuse the service, cheat, or use offensive usernames.

4. In-game coins, beats and rankings have no real-world value

Coins, 💀 beats, levels, badges, themes and leaderboard positions are decorative progress markers inside a game. They:

• cannot be bought with real money — there is nothing to purchase on this site;
• cannot be exchanged, sold, transferred off-site or converted into anything;
• have no monetary value whatsoever, and are not a currency, token or security;
• may be reset, rebalanced or removed as the game changes.

Head-to-head battles stake in-game coins only. Because those coins cost nothing and are worth nothing, this is not gambling and involves no real-world stake of any kind.

5. Fair play

Please don't:

• modify saved data, intercept requests or otherwise fabricate scores or coins;
• use scripts, bots or automation to play or to farm rewards;
• attempt to disrupt the service or gain unauthorised access to other accounts;
• scrape the site at a volume that degrades it for other players.

We validate progress server-side and cap implausible gains. Accounts found manipulating scores, coins or battle results may have their progress reset or be removed, so that the leaderboard means something for everyone who plays honestly.

6. Advertising

The site is funded by advertising served by Google AdSense. We don't control which specific adverts appear and don't endorse advertised products. If you see an advert that seems inappropriate on a site used by children, please tell us — we can report it.

7. Intellectual property

The games, code, text, guides and design of Brainy Bunch are the work of its developer. You're welcome to play, link to and share the site. Please don't republish the games or copy the site's content wholesale as your own. Emoji artwork is provided by your own operating system and belongs to its respective vendors.

8. Availability

We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability. The games are cached on your device and keep working offline, but the online features — cloud sync, leaderboard and battles — depend on our hosting and may be unavailable at times. We also don't guarantee that cloud-saved progress can never be lost; please treat it as a convenience, not a backup.

9. Disclaimer

Brainy Bunch is entertainment. While the games exercise real cognitive skills, and the guides describe those skills accurately, this site is not a medical, diagnostic or educational assessment tool. It doesn't measure intelligence, diagnose any condition, or claim to produce lasting improvements in general cognitive ability. If you have concerns about memory, attention or cognition, speak to a qualified professional.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from using the site, including lost game progress.

10. Changes

We may update these terms; the date above will change when we do. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
